This hotel is perfectly situated near major attractions, making sightseeing a breeze. While the staff were friendly and attentive, some amenities like the coffee maker and mini-fridge were missing from the room. Our overall experience was good, but we were a bit disappointed with the inconsistent room cleanliness and additional fees during our stay.

We had an amazing trip to New York, thanks in part to our stay at Park Central. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to Times Square and Central Park. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially Khianna, our concierge. However, there were some minor inconveniences like a slow Wi-Fi and construction outside that impacted our experience slightly.
